DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES and shipment of samples: 12 April 2023
Fill in one form per entered wine
From your account, you will be able to reconnect at any time and enter additional wines.
Documents to be provided
To validate your entry, the following documents must be provided (file formats .pdf, .jpg, ...):
- An analysis report dated less than a year ago for each wine entered
- The product label or photograph of the bottle
Prices
Between 92€ and 125€ VAT excl. per wine depending on the number of samples entered.
For the European Union (indicating your intra-community VAT number), and abroad outside the EU :
- 1 sample: 125€ (€)
- 2 samples: 250€ (€)
- 3 samples: 360€ (€)
- 4 samples: 480€ (€)
- 5 samples: 600€ (€)
- 6 samples: 660€ (€)
- 7 samples: 770€ (€)
- 8 samples: 880€ (€)
- 9 samples: 900€ (€)
- 10+ samples: €950
- Additional samples will be charged: 95€.

Shipping of samples
All samples participating in the competition (except those from outside the European Union) must be centralised at the CIVR before being sent to the USA.
Each sample must therefore be received before April 7th 2023 at the Entrepôt - CIVR - 19 Avenue de Grande Bretagne - BP 649 - 66006 Perpignan Cedex - France - Tel : 0033 4 68 51 21 22.
Delivery times, Monday to Friday from 8.15am to 12.30pm and from 1.45pm to 5pm (except Friday 4.30pm).

The shipment to the CIVR is made at the participant's expense and risk (postage, customs, and taxes at the sender's expense). Any sample sent́ postage due will be refused. Any non-compliant sample will not be returned, all samples remaining the propertý of the organiser. The choice of carrier is at the discretion of the participant.
