The G.D.M. competition consists of two parts:
– the first part is open to all wines (red, rosé and white) with a geographical indication, made with more than 85% Grenache. The authorised Grenache grapes are: white, grey and black Grenache, Garnatxa, Garnacha, Cannonau, Tai Rosso, Gamay del Trasimeno, Granaccia, Lladoner Pelut, etc.
– Section 2 – Blend” is open to all wines made with more than 51% white, grey, black, garnacha, garnacha, garnacha, cannonau, tai rosso, gamay del Trasimeno, granaccia, lladoner pelut…… The award-winning wines will be labelled “G.D.M.”.
Each wine must comply with the regulations in force in its country. The aim of the competition is to highlight quality wines made with Grenache.
